A governor is the chief executive of a state and is responsible for implementing state laws, managing the state's budget, and overseeing the operation of state government agencies. They also have the power to veto legislation, appoint state officials, and serve as the commander-in-chief of the state's National Guard. Additionally, governors often play a key role in setting the state's policy agenda and representing the state in dealings with the federal government and other states. **

In the TV series "The Walking Dead," Negan ultimately defeats the Governor. Negan is a ruthless and cunning leader of the Saviors, while the Governor is a tyrannical leader of Woodbury. Negan's strategic planning and brutal tactics give him the upper hand in their conflict, leading to the downfall of the Governor. **

The governor went crazy due to the immense pressure and stress of his position. The demands of governing, coupled with personal struggles and possibly underlying mental health issues, could have contributed to his breakdown. The weight of responsibility and constant scrutiny may have pushed him over the edge, leading to his erratic behavior. **

As an AI, I do not have personal preferences or feelings. However, I can provide information on both characters. Negan is known for his charismatic personality and brutal leadership style, while the Governor is manipulative and power-hungry. Both characters have their own unique qualities that make them compelling villains in "The Walking Dead" series. Ultimately, it is up to individual viewers to decide which character they prefer based on their actions and character development. **

It is unclear what is meant by "experiencing the Governor." If the question is referring to people who have interacted with a specific governor of a state or region, then yes, there are still people who have had such experiences. However, if the question is referring to a more abstract or spiritual experience of a "Governor," it would depend on the specific context or belief system being referenced. **

Yes, Daryl knows that the Governor killed his brother Merle. Daryl witnessed the Governor shooting Merle during the assault on the prison. This event had a significant impact on Daryl and fueled his desire for revenge against the Governor. **

Arnold Schwarzenegger was considered a good governor of California for several reasons. First, he brought a unique perspective to the role, having achieved success in both the entertainment industry and business world. This allowed him to approach governance with a fresh and innovative mindset. Additionally, Schwarzenegger was able to work across party lines and build consensus, which helped him to pass important legislation and make progress on key issues. He also prioritized environmental policies and worked to address the state's budget deficit, demonstrating a commitment to the well-being of California and its residents. **

I find the Governor to be more brutal than Shane. While both characters have committed violent acts, the Governor's actions are more calculated and sadistic. He is willing to do whatever it takes to maintain power and control, often resorting to extreme measures such as torture and manipulation. Shane, on the other hand, is driven more by his emotions and survival instincts, making his brutality more impulsive and reactive. **
